I was thinking about writing a book someday.  Maybe have a collection of stories about shows, people I've met, ridiculous things I have seen and heard, teachings and other observations.  Over my years of playing, recording and teaching I have had the opportunity to jam alongside many great players and learn from them - both in an academic setting and live playing situations.  So, instead of waiting until I'm dead (and having somebody finally figuring out that I'm doing very cool shit and that it should be shared and having them compile the writings in some whacked fashion and missing the entire point), I will begin right now by typing things in as I remember them.  Things won't appear by order of importance.  Importance is irrelevant.
